Please take a few moments to read these guidelines so you can get the best experience possible.

Timeframes for Detailing
The times listed next to each service are approximate. Full details typically require the full day to complete. If time is a major concern, please email us before booking to make sure we can accomodate you. Once service is complete, we will call you. 

Know What's Included
We offer various levels of detailing. A detail that is suitable for one car may be insufficient for another. When performing service, our team will call you with any recommendations for your vehicle. For information about each service, please see the Rates page or contact us if you are unsure. 

Extra Cleaning
We welcome all cars. Please note, however, that we are not a cleaning service. Vehicles that arrive in neglected condition will need extra work, which is billed hourly. We will let you know about any extra charges ahead of time.

Walkthrough at Time of Pickup
When picking up your vehicle, please take a few minutes to check it over. If you notice something not to your satisfaction, please let us know. We'll be happy to touch it up.

Personal Items
When bringing your vehicle for a detail, please clear out all personal belongings from the cabin, including center console, ashtrays, door pockets, and seat pockets as well as the trunk. This will let you get the most out of the service.

After Hours Drop Off
If you choose to drop your vehicle off after-hours, please park in one of the two detailing spaces at the right of our building. You may leave the keys in the white drop box on the wall.

Important Note for Living Social & Groupon Customers:

Please make sure you select the service that corresponds to your voucher from the menu.

The appointment calendar shows our most up-to-date availability. 

Groupon: Drop off time is 10AM, regardless of your appointment time. 


If you drop your vehicle off after 12 Noon, it will may not be ready until the next day.

Living Social: Afternoon and Evening appointments require 24-hour turn around.

Provided you book before the voucher's expiration date, your voucher will be honored, even if your detail appointment occurs after the expiration date.
